Built in 1965, this is one of the earliest GT fastback
Mustangs. Finished in its original colour of Smoke
Silver with Shelby stripes, and trimmed in off white
complete with +2 drop down seating. The car was
imported around 2006, and despite having had a
good quality restoration in the States, went straight
to the Mustang Workshop in Hampshire, where £10k
was invested in upgrades and enhancements.

Under the bonnet, she now boasts a 4.7ltr V8 with
Alloy Trickflow heads, roller rockers, Edelbrock Air
Gap manifold, Demon carb, B and M induction,Try Y
headers, twin GT Flowmaster exhausts, Billet
MSD ditributor and Flamethrower coil, Shelby
rocker boxes, high capacity alloy radiator, Global
West strut brace, and a Tremec 5 speed box with
AP diaphram clutch. A brand new TrueTrac limited
slip diff from Hauser Racing brings up the rear,
running a quick 3.5 ratio.

Interior is more or less stock Ponycar, but has
a Shelby woodrim steering wheel, retro style
radio with hidden I Pod take off, Rally Pac
column gauge set, and ice cold air con.

Shes running on a new set of Torque Thrust Ds, with Goodrich tyres trying to put the power down with the help of Koni gas shocks, and chassis rail extenders with tramp bars holding her straight.
 
A full bare metal repaint has just been completed, with every bolt on panel removed, and floors / chassis treated to a strip and repaint in POR 15. Suspension and brakes were rebuilt all round, with most of the suspension being powder coated whilst it was apart. The obligatory Shelby bonnet scoop was added
